ADEC Achieves QMS Re-Certification!

Once again, ADEC has achieved re-certification of its QMS based on ISO 9001:2000 for the Provision of Global Business Process Outsourcing Services.
With no non-conformities found, it was recommended the issuance of a new certificate good for another three-year cycle.
The audit was performed by TUV SUD PSB Philippines, Inc. earned ADEC some positive remarks. In the closing meeting, the third party auditors emphasized the:
- Observable manifestation of Top Management commitment, resulting to a leadership by example thus ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Existence of automated quality systems and processes, fully functional as continuous improvement tools. Such applications include the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), an internally-developed document and record control program and the AIMS where problems/concerns are raised, addressed and analyzed for corrective and preventive actions.
- Use of simple and advanced statistical methodologies/principles in the analysis of data to provide information for improved decision making.
